About Na’Cole: As a small business owner and parent to Leander ISD students, Na’Cole Thompson is excited for the opportunity to further serve this community as a member of the LEEF board. Na’Cole is a new voice with a new vision to help LEEF grow it’s influence and connections.
Na’Cole Thompson’s professional career includes expertise and nearly two decades in finance, banking and small business development. Mrs. Thompson opened the doors to Leander Beauty Supply in January 2023 which is Leander’s first and only multicultural beauty supply store. Mrs. Thompson is a graduate of Baylor University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and then later continued her graduate education earning a Masters of Business Administration.
Mrs. Thompson, along with her husband and children have been actively involved in the community for many years. Na’Cole believes in servant leadership and enjoys helping others through public service, volunteerism and executive board work.
Mrs. Thompson’s community service includes being a member of the Leander City Council, a graduate of Leander ISD’s Leadership Leander Program, the Leander Chamber Leadership Program as well as a graduate of the Leadership Austin Emerge Program. Mrs. Thompson has completed two Leander ISD school board campaigns and continues her executive board work with Kids Helping Kids of Texas, B.A.D. Political Action Committee and the Leander Black Business Alliance. Na’Cole has also served in several board roles throughout the district including board work with CC Mason PTO, Wiley Middle School PTA and Athletic Booster, Rouse High School Project Graduation, Glenn High School Boys Basketball Athletic Booster and Glenn High School Project Graduation.
