Meet the Board – Jeff Kikel

“We believe that the education of our children is critical in preparing them for the business world after graduation. We are committed to helping both students and staff by providing the resources needed for this preparation.”

Name: Jeff Kikel
Company: T-Werx Coworking
Title: CEO

Jeff and his wife Crystal have been married for over 25 years and work together at T-Werx Coworking. They live in Cedar Park where Jeff serves as the President of the Forest Oaks HOA with their two Furr People (cats), Salem and Sabrina.

Jeff is the CEO and Founder of T-Werx Coworking – a shared workspace that provides professional offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, and open coworking. The T-Werx Entrepreneur Center provides training in Business Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Marketing. Through their Digital Agency, The Digital Ninjas, they provide initial digital marketing setup and consulting for businesses that are looking to move their businesses online.

In addition to T-Werx, Jeff is the President and Co-Founder of BKA Wealth Consulting. BKA is a Wealth Management and Business Consulting firm focused on helping business owners with Business Valuation, Small Business Retirement Plans, Non Qualified Retirment Plans, and Business Exit Planning.

BKA Wealth Consulting is a Dave Ramsey Smartvestor Pro team that works with people going through the Dave Ramsey programs. They help people with the later “Baby Steps” to help them begin to build wealth, educate their children, pay off their houses, and live like no one else.

He invests his personal time and the time of his employees because he believes that we need to prepare our students for the business world that faces them after graduation. Whether students decide to pursue a Four Year Degree or decide if a trade may be a better fit for them. That’s why it’s also important to him to contribute financially to the foundation individually and through the company.

Jeff’s Why: I have a passion for education and believed that LEEF was an excellent organization that I could add my experience and time to helping.

Fave Book: Confederacy of Dunces – by John Kennedy Toole

Fave Way to Spend Time: I am a voracious reader and love to write.

Fave Movie: This is a difficult one. We own over 2000 movies from all genres. If I had to pick something it would have to be the Thin Man series from the late 30s to the late 40s.

Fave Holiday: Thanksgiving. Crystal and I love to cook and it gives us an opportunity to try new recipes and have a big group of people to cook for.
