LEEF provides financial assistance for students

LEEF has several programs that offer financial assistance to students – removing barriers to take Advanced Placement (AP) exams, secure dual credit textbooks to earn college credit in high school and cover the cost of laptop rentals through mLISD scholarships.

We’re currently working with district leadership to provide home Internet access for all students. While Internet access was once considered a luxury, it’s now a necessity for virtual learning purposes in addition to providing every student with the opportunity to excel and access the same resources as their peers to conduct research, learn programs, expand their skill sets and engage in activities that lead to their individual growth. Ultimately, extending the student experience beyond the walls of a classroom.

The LEEF Classroom Impact Team is a group of passionate monthly donors who fund these opportunities and fulfill these needs for students.
